Vibrance is an urban cycling brand born in Paris in 2023, developed around the concept of urban mobility through cycling and the idea of creating alternative, faster routes within the city. The project focused on the full development of the brand, combining brand identity designvisual language, and urban performance apparel design into a cohesive and recognisable system.

The core vision of Vibrance is based on the concept of “Undetected Ride”: a way of moving through the urban environment that allows riders to navigate the city more efficiently than by metro or car, creating their own paths and redefining everyday mobility. Cycling is positioned as a tool for freedom, speed and adaptability, shaping a brand aesthetic that blends technical cycling clothing with a minimal, contemporary urban look.

Working closely on all phases of the project, I contributed to the logo designbrand identity development, and the design and development of the first collection, ensuring strong coherence between concept, visual language and product design. From an urban cycling fashion design perspective, the garments were developed to support daily city riding, balancing functionality, comfort and protection while avoiding overt performance aesthetics.

Vibrance builds a community-driven ecosystem on Strava, where riders share urban routes, shortcuts and undetected rides, redefining city mobility through collective exploration cycling.

A key component of the project was the creation of a community-driven brand ecosystem. Rather than relying on mainstream social media channels, Vibrance is designed to operate on more specific platforms where both the brand and its users can share urban routes, shortcuts and alternative paths, reinforcing the idea of collective exploration and movement. The community becomes an active part of the brand, contributing to the discovery and mapping of new Undetected Rides.

The first collection is strongly inspired by Paris, using the city as a visual and conceptual foundation for the brand’s identity. The long-term vision is to expand Vibrance to other European cities, developing city-specific urban cycling routes and positioning the brand as an evolving platform for urban mobility, cycling culture and technical lifestyle apparel.
